How to request a refund
Email support@mysofthours.com within 30 days of your purchase with your order number (it's in your confirmation email). That's it — no forms, no hoops. We'll confirm by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 2 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse (for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding the same product).
